For emergencies DURING REGULAR BUSINESS HOURS please call: (843)804-9991 or use the Tenant Portal to submit a request online.

For AFTER HOUR EMERGENCIES please call: (843)804-9991 and follow the prompts to the emergency line. An Oak Trust Representative is always on call!

PLEASE NOTE – An emergency is constituted by a problem that will cause harm to you or the property in which you reside. We will only be able to provide after hours service for the following maintenance items:

If your Air Conditioning or heater is not working please submit an online maintenance request. Someone will be in touch with you on the next business day.
